Our Process
Schedule a free call
A 30 minute Zoom session to discuss and scope your project. If you prefer, we can discuss over email, WhatsApp or iMessage. We do prefer a zoom call as it will enable us to really get to know you and share ideas. If you are in Sydney then would also love to get to know you over a coffee.

Proposal
We will provide you with a proposal outlining what we will deliver, how we will communicate and colloborate with you and what the project will cost (all in plain english - no legal mumbo jumbo).
Design
You wouldn’t build a house without a plan, and the same is true of a good website. It needs to meet your needs now and into the future. It incorporates the overall design and also any photography, video, graphics and copy.
This phase is the most enjoyable, but it is also the most critical.
We will iterate designs together to ensure that the final product meets your needs and expectations.
Build
We build and test your website. Our builds are responsive across all device sizes so your site always looks great.
Launch
We can launch your website at a time of your choosing. Website launches are an important event and we suggest you initiate an email and social media campaigns to help build interest in your beautiful new website.
We provide “go-live” support for all newly launched websites to ensure that we can quickly resolve any bugs or issues that were missed in testing (there shouldn’t be any, but we are committed to helping our clients).
Training
We provide you with a fully managed service where we can update and upload content to your website. However, we also provide a self-service online editor so that you can make changes and update your site yourself.
